1. Introduction
Welcome to Ship Cargos. By using our services, website, or placing a shipment with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you do not use our services.
2. Definitions
“Ship Cargos” refers to our company, its employees, agents, and partners. “Client” refers to any individual or business using our shipping and logistics services. “Shipment” refers to any cargo, parcel, or freight handled by Ship Cargos on behalf of a client.
3. Our Services
Ship Cargos provides international and domestic shipping services including air freight, ocean freight, land transport, cargo storage, and customs clearance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Booking and Orders
All shipment bookings must be made through our official channels. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Ship Cargos. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with our policies or applicable laws.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are provided in a formal quote and are subject to change based on fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or changes in cargo specifications. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before shipment processing begins. Ship Cargos does not charge hidden fees; all applicable costs will be clearly communicated upfront.
6. Prohibited Items
Clients are strictly prohibited from shipping illegal substances, weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods, live animals without proper documentation, hazardous materials without prior approval, or any item prohibited by local or international law. Ship Cargos reserves the right to inspect and reject any suspicious shipment.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate shipment information including weight, dimensions, contents, and destination. The client must ensure all goods are properly packaged and comply with customs and import regulations of the destination country. Any penalties, delays, or costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client will be the client’s sole responsibility.
8. Liability and Limitations
Ship Cargos will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your shipment. However, we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
9. Cargo Insurance
Ship Cargos strongly recommends that all clients obtain cargo insurance for their shipments. While we take every precaution to protect your goods, insurance provides an additional layer of security against unforeseen events. Insurance options are available upon request.
10. Delivery and Delays
Ship Cargos will make every effort to meet estimated delivery times. However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing. We will notify clients promptly of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
11. Customs and Import Duties
The client is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees applicable at the destination country. Ship Cargos may assist with customs documentation but bears no responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from customs inspections or rejections.
12. Claims and Disputes
Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing to Ship Cargos within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
13. Confidentiality
Ship Cargos treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not share your shipment details or personal data with unauthorized third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

16. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
